About Our Team

REALTORS and Property Managers

Our Team consists of two sets of mother-daughter duos; Terri Saari, Kristen Saari, Debbie Westervelt and Ashley Westervelt. As a team we are able to provide all our clients with the time and care they need when buying, selling or renting real estate. We are all very close and enjoy working together. When Kristen and Ashley were younger they played on the same competitive soccer team which brought our families close over the years. Each person brings new ideas and something different to the table which again allows us to serve our clients to the fullest. Here is a little bit about each member of our team.

Terri Saari is the lead Realtor of our team and a Platinum Top 50 Realtor in San Antonio. Terri also holds many designations, including; Certified Negotiation Expert, Relocation Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and many more. She has been in real estate since she retired in San Antonio from the United State Air Force. She has lived in San Antonio more than 15 years now and is proud to call San Antonio her home. Terri has bought and sold many of her own personal homes throughout her life and knows the stresses that can come with it, which is why she loves to make your real estate transaction a stress-free process.

Kristen Saari joined the Pinnacle Team in December of 2010 after graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Economics. She has her Realtor license as well but mainly heads our Property Management division. She has called San Antonio home for more than 15 years and loves to service the people of this wonderful city. Our Property Management division has increased dramatically since she has been on the team and we look forward to growing more in the future.

Debbie Westervelt is an experienced Realtor who lives in Boerne, TX. She has been a Realtor for many years and truely enjoys the Real Estate market in San Antonio and surrounding areas. She has lived in San Antonio, Helotes, Boerne and New Braunfels throughout her life. She has always called the Texas Hill Country home and enjoys helping others call it home as well. She joined our team at the beginning of 2013 and has already begun helping many clients with their buying, selling and renting needs. We are happy to have her experience and hill country expertise added to our real estate team.

Ashley Westervelt joined the Pinnacle Team in January of 2013. She has lived in San Antonio and surrounding areas for many years. Currently she lives in New Braunfels but has also lived in San Antonio and Boerne. Ashley has joined with Kristen in the Property Management division. Together they have truly taken Property Management to a new level. They have new deals and promotions as well as been able to provide greater service to the owners and their homes.

Whether you are new to San Antonio or a native, everyone at one time or another will make a move and as your Real Estate Professional team, we will help make the move as smooth as possible. This is our commitment to you! Since we have all teamed up and become The Pinnacle Team we have been able to grow our company to further meet our clients’ needs. We started the property management division to help those who are moving but not quite ready to sell. We have many buyers and sellers programs running constantly. Also having four real estate professionals on board provides our clients with more availability and attention for showings and/or meetings.
